Senior size kickboard is made from closed cell, expanded Polyethylene foam and comes as either 3cm or 4cm thick.
This kickboard is used as a teaching aid and flotation device as well as an amazing training tool to really work those legs. It helps you to isolate your legs and is extremely useful for freestroke, breaststroke and backstroke kick improvement. It helps to strengthen your hip flexors which will encourage a more powerful kick.
There are multiple ways to hold your kickboard to achieve different results so check with your swim coach or let us know if you need any specific advice. Whether in your training pool or your home pool, the kickboard is a definite must in your swimming tool arsenal.
