Junior size 3cm thick kickboard made from closed cell, expanded Polyethylene foam.
This kickboard is used as a teaching aid and flotation device as well as an amazing training tool to really work those legs. It helps you to isolate your legs and is extremely useful for freestroke, breaststroke and backstroke kick improvement. It helps to strengthen your hip flexors which will encourage a more powerful kick.
