Good question! It’s probably being shipped as we speak. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking code. Once you get that email you can track where it goes until it’s at your door. If you’re concerned your order is taking longer than usual, contact us and we’d be happy to provide you with an update.
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately with your order number and we will help you the best we can.
If you've ordered the wrong size or accidentally ordered too many of an item, contact us within 1 hour of your order being placed
You can return the garment for a store credit and then a new order can be placed for another size or item.
We cannot exchange custom made or personalised garments.

Yes, online shopping with Spurt is safe and secure. Transactions are processed through the secure payment facility, Payfast, where you will be directed to effect payment by way of Credit card, debit card and instant EFT.
The time it takes will depend on two things: where you’re located and which shipping option you chose at checkout. Our orders are usually delivered within 2 – 5 working days depending on your location. You can learn more about our Shipping policy here.
